Who does the work?
Every job — pumping, repairs, drain fields, aerobic units, new installs and inspections — is done by a Louisiana-licensed septic crew. You're told who is coming before they arrive, and the quote is in writing.
What does a quote cost?
Nothing. Quotes are free and non-binding. You are never obligated to book a job because you asked for a number.
How quickly can someone come out?
Routine work is booked for the next available slot, usually within a few days. Urgent problems — sewage backing up, an aerobic alarm sounding, wet spots that weren't there yesterday — go to the front of the line. Say it's urgent when you call.
What areas do you serve?
Greater Baton Rouge — East Baton Rouge, Livingston, Ascension, and West Baton Rouge Parishes. That includes Baton Rouge, Denham Springs, Walker, Prairieville, Gonzales, Zachary, Central, Baker, Greenwell Springs, and St. Amant. Full list on the service areas page. How much will it cost?
It depends on the job, the tank, and the soil — a pump-out and a new drain field are very different bills. Our Baton Rouge cost guide gives real local ranges for pumping, repairs, drain fields, aerobic units and new systems. The written quote after the site visit is the only number to plan around.
What happens to my details?
They go to the crew assigned to your job and nobody else. Full details in the privacy policy and the TCPA consent notice.
What if something isn't right after the job?
Call us. We'll get the crew back out to put it right. If the issue is on the permit side, we'll help you get it corrected with the parish health unit.
Do you offer financing?

Do you do emergency call-outs?
Yes. If sewage is backing up into the house, an aerobic alarm is sounding, or there's fresh standing water where there shouldn't be, call (225) 325-0340 and say it's urgent.
Is what I read on this site advice for my septic system?
It's general information for the Baton Rouge area, drawn from local jobs and Louisiana soil realities. It is not a substitute for a site visit. Your soil, your water table, your setbacks, and your permit history are specific to your property — that's what the in-person estimate is for.
