We want everyone in the Baton Rouge area — including people who use assistive technology — to be able to request a septic quote and read our guides.
Effective date: July 18, 2026
Baton Rouge Septic is committed to making batonrougeseptic.com usable and useful for the widest possible audience, including homeowners who use screen readers, screen magnifiers, keyboard-only navigation, voice control, and other assistive technologies. Our goal is substantial conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
This is an ongoing, good-faith effort. Web accessibility is not a one-time project — as we publish new pages, we test and improve them so that everyone can get a straight answer about their septic system.
Across the site, we work to:
Despite our best efforts, some areas of the site may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. Common limitations include third-party embedded content, older PDF documents, and pages published before our accessibility standards were formalized. When we identify a limitation, we fix it as quickly as we can and, where feasible, provide an accessible alternative in the meantime.
If any part of the site is not accessible to you, you can still request a septic quote or general information by email at quotes@batonrougeseptic.com. Tell us your name, your ZIP code, and what is happening with your septic system, and we will follow up in the format that works for you.
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on batonrougeseptic.com — a page, image, form, or feature you cannot use with your assistive technology — please tell us so we can fix it. Email quotes@batonrougeseptic.com with:
We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within 2 business days and to address them promptly — usually within 10 business days for issues we can fix on our own, longer for issues that involve third-party components.
Accessibility on the web is a moving target. As browsers, screen readers, and assistive-technology standards evolve, so do the ways we test and build the site. We periodically review our templates, our forms, and any third-party embeds to keep them accessible, and we welcome feedback from the community. This statement is reviewed at least annually.
